Nope, when they mean CFW nowadays they mean SIGHAX which loads a modified firm from sd card(like emunand but completely modified) and not the obsolete a9lh which patches the original firm
You can install sighax over a9lh. Also it doesn't read from sd card. It actaully REPLACES the firm in nand
