Instead of counting any of the Win9x family Kingy instead opted for the versions of Windows plainly called Windows NT, so having 3.1 on the last day wouldn't make sense.

xp was best since it didn't break compatibility with a lot of older programs for no reason lmao (and plenty of software from the vista and 7 era worked on xp too)
