I know exactly how you feel. Mine was even a limited edition Pokemon 20th Anniversary N3ds (at least I still have the cover plates).
Thing is though, he DID do the first 3DS that I sent him, hence why I trusted him to do my second N3DS. I'm guessing that something really bad happened that's preventing him from even visiting the site. There's no excuse otherwise.

I sent him a Majora's Mask LL and a 2DS after my friend refereed him to me, I just hope he is ok and if he is he can access the site on a mobile phone, public library (6 in rockfort) free wifi at starbucks MCDs..alots of options
