gs4? you mean sg4? I heard that phone is bad and Samsung has terrible support for their products. I would go Htc One or Nexus for the best Android experience. Don't take my word for it, I would love to hear what other people think.

Samsung does have mediocre support based on previous experiences, but they produce really amazing hardware. Sadly Nexus is pretty much a dead device in Singapore, majority being sold are export sets with no warranty.

I agree with the hardware part, I don't know how many times I dropped my s2 on concrete floor and it still works, but I heard rumors about the s4 exploding.
