I haven't played too many SNES games but loved the DKC trilogy, the music is like art, especially given the SPC700 itself.

Megaman OST are pretty much my favorites, inti creates makes such an awsome music, also, the girl that composed almost all song from Megaman IV, SUN that composed EVERY AND EACH ONE of the touhou games sounds. you should check him out C:
