I think he's cutting it a little close, not getting on to look for changed addresses. The most post offices in the CDT time zone close in 45 minutes (unless he lives near the one that closes at 7 PM, in which case it closes in 2 hours 45 minutes).

Yeah, I think that keeping people updated is a part of the job, not just fixing and sending. Not telling anything to people who have been waiting for 1-2 months is part of why so many are upset. And he should especially check before sending a shipment in case something's come up like with UniqueGeek, or things could get really ugly.

The post office is now closed. Either he sent some 3DS's without logging on (ie "communicating") or he flat out lied. Either way, if he keeps it up, someone could eventually accuse him of fraud and file a complaint at ic3.gov.

I wouldn't do it unless I was 100% sure it wasn't coming back, but I can't speak for everyone. If he comunicated a little more (not ignoring everyone), then there wouldn't be a problem.

I get he's been busy, but it's been 11 weeks since I've sent mine. I'm not seeing any reports of anyone receiving theirs and it's really starting to worry me that I may have been scammed. I've seen quite a few posters saying he promised to send theirs out weeks ago and that it was done and yet they still have not received theirs. It's very worrying. Some evidence would go a long way.

@hundshamer The longer you go without even comunicating with your customers, the angrier we will get. The fact that there's even the question that this is a scam is bad for your reputation.

If ive got too, ill go tomorrow, i couldnt come up with a baby sitter for the weekend.
