If your doing a True Pacifist run, it should be easy (mainly because your doing everything that you've done before minus a few new things to do). And please, don't do a complete Genocide run. Only do it up to Sans, THEN RESET YOUR FILE. As completing Genocide run will bring something very bad and you can't undo it unless you make a new Steam account or resetting all Undertale data.

You could beat Sans, but right after that reset your file. Why? Look i t on youtube.
