no >_< Never used decrypting software. i have gateway and rxtools installed. been googling away to no avail haha came across decrypt9 and 2 other programs that do it but no specific guide on decrypting the cia that makes sense.

sysnand is 4.2 and emunand is 10.3 on both rxtools and gateway

You can access decrypt 9 through the mset on sysnand because it won't work on firmware above 9.2 whether it is emunand or sysnand.
just put the decrypt9 folder on the sd card
including the decrypt9.dat

Yeah, ntw seems easier. But my 3ds is not new 3ds haha. it's just old. XD so decrypt9 is my only option.
