Kernel access means that you can install CIA files. You need a New 3DS under 9.2 firmware, and Cubic Ninja.
Well I can install cia on my gateway emunand and in my reinand so do I have kernel access in those ones?
and last question what is the best way to get good fps on pcsx on new 3ds, .cia,.3ds or .3dsx thanks bud
