I sent some mails to your sales e-mail, and yes the problem was "solved" at that moment, why do I say "solved"? because on singpost web site I have been tracking my package, but it says ,"Despatched to overseas (Country code: SV)" since September 7th 2015...
I received a mail from some "postmaster" that says "Delivery Status Notification (Delay)" and inside the archive:"Action: delayed

Will-Retry-Until: Fri, 2 Oct 2015 12:24:38 -0700",I want to believe is from singpost or something related, until now I only know that my package is delayed... for a month... I hope my flashcarts arrive some day
