The patch is called One Core API if anyone wants to use it for Steam or something.
At the time I'm writing this I am pretty sure the PAE and non-PAE patches are named incorrectly so if your CPU has physical address extensions don't get the PAE version, and vice versa, you will kill Windows. It seems like safe mode still works if the patch breaks so at least you can uninstall it.

We are still going to replace allegro-ttf with a libschrift-based solution because GNOME pisses me the fuck off and I am not shipping two massive libraries nobody fucking asked for with my most valuable program. You can't even statically compile it. RedHat needs to die. Die die die. They're gross.
