EXACTLY, THANK YOU. I always buy whatever I need THAT DAY, then I make sure to cook enough for 3 to 3½ days (say, cook Monday, eat the same until it finishes in Wednesday, buy in Thursday, etc.)
It's still smart to stock up on frozen dinners and canned goods stuff that doesn't go bad for a while.
Frozen depends a lot. For instance, LITERALLY FROZEN ain't good for food with high water content, water will deform tissue when crystalized. It's better to store tiddy bit up above freezing point.
