For instance, I live in México City, but my hood is Iztapalapa, and it's considered one of the most dangerous, so delivery apps literally avoids my hood (most does).
And yes, in Walmart, you add your pickup date/time, arrive minutes later and you can't pick it up precisely because of the set pick up time mismatch.
