I believe in moderation a comment online can come out in your mind as "wow that guy's a dick" when in actuality that person still says thank you and holds the door open for people in his community.

For instance, people could, don't know, have a rapist as a leader, but since the person held the door open for little kids, that doesn't mean it's a complete dick, right? Sometimes people only focuses in the negative things.
