I don't know if any tablets actually shipped with honeycomb, if they did they certainly weren't popular.

well, that situation wasn't a major os upgrade anyway, people just went to 4.2 or whatever

Maybe they were, but after ICS came out they shipped with that, things with honeycomb got pulled, and why wouldn't they. It costs absolutely nothing for companies to put a newer android on tablets.
