Between the two, I'd go with the JBL solely because they are an established, reputable brand, as opposed to the other one being a no-name brand afaik

Deep bass sucks in my opinion. Unless you're listening bass heavy music, these are not good for everything else, mid and high ranges are mostly non existent.
But if you still want a Deep Bass, go with reputable brands, have in mind that chinese brands utilizes fake batteries, please read comments about battery life.
