They're just Asia region games from the looks of the boxes. Most of them have English as an option (with Asia region releases sometimes being the only way to get a few games physically in English). A few notable ones I have as an example are the Atelier Trilogy games, Momotaro Dentetsu Showa, Girls und Panzer, and Nobunaga's Ambition Awakening.
