Why use only one browser? You can even run browsers within your user account without touching C:\Program Files
I would say Chrome is the worst in terms of spyware. As more or less all browsers are Chromium based there is not much needed to get used to something else.

Are you using a PC with Windows 98 which is essentially a single user OS!?
Anything (but Samsung smartphones) should support user accounts for exactly that use case: Multiple people sharing one device while anybody getting their own scope without influence on the others.
