Needing a decent one for a 700w psu to back up monitor and pc. Any good options that won't break?

Got a budget in mind? I have one of these for my desk https://www.amazon.com/APC-Protector-BR1500MS2-Back-UPS-Uninterruptible/dp/B08GRY1W93 and it gives my desktop PC, 3 monitors, KVM switch, laptop (while charging), and 3d printers (usually idle but all have raspberry pis on them) about 15 minutes of runtime

Generally speaking though, I've always been reasonably satisfied with APC products, between personal use and what I've supported at work. Would not recommend TrippLite UPSes, from personal (and work) experience. Size wise, 1000VA-1500VA is probably the rating you want to look for for a desktop setup though

Other option too if you're trying to be really budget oriented, look for a used UPS on ebay (I would stick to APC here, but that's just me) and buy a replacement 3rd party battery for it. The batteries are pretty standard sealed lead-acid batteries with spade terminals that just clip on.
