I've been needing to reinstall Windows on my PC for quite a while now, and at this point I have less than zero interest in "upgrading" to Windows 11. Next stop, Arch Linux

So youre going to be another of the wave of Arch Linux users that will boast about them using Arch? I don't understand why, but I do not like Arch at all. During my times of getting into Linux, i didnt want to touch that ir Ubuntu cause something about them makes me dislike it. Maybe if I try it for once I might change my mind, but im NOT going through that shit again

I wished that I can try Linux, but I just have so much software that cant believe replicated perfectly with Wine and it rather becomes a hassle for me to use in general especially since I have to consider gaming for my specific needs not being strong enough despite the mass saying otherwise.

I run Arch on my laptops with no issues but I use them so infrequently that it becomes more of a "play around" thing than serious use. Desktop would make that a different story though since I use it daily.

Agree though, even in the advent of things like Proton too, there's still not 100% compatibility with Windows stuff and it's definitely not going to be a perfect fit for everyone especially if they have specific requirements
