I was looking through old tech I have and I found my old ZTE V8 I stopped using in early 2019, a 2017-ish phone if I remember correctly. And it kept literally 5 minutes on the carrier logo on the bootanim.

For comparison, the last 3 phones I've used took at max 1 minute to boot, and no carrier logos or bs.
The Poco I have after almost 4 years of use, only takes 45 secs.

No such problem with my Galaxy Y or Huawei IDEOS S7 Slim. They both boot in around half a minute? They boot faster than my modern phone on LineageOS, lol.

Tbf, this is my first year having a "top of the line" processor on a phone. Always went with the middle tier since the top phones here in Mexico used to be expensive by being stablished brands.
Now with chinese brands is easy to have the latest Snapdragon for $600.00 USD (maybe running chinese ROMs if you're not patient enough).
