I've been searching some kind of language learning program... but unfortunately all I found were the same. One or more of these anti-features:
* Sign up
* Requires permanent or at least frequent internet connection (instead of downloading EVERYTHING in advance)
* Full of ads
* Pay to actually use it

Duolingo worked 5 minutes without an account and then wanted to force me signing up. So I uninstalled it. This was about two years ago.
