@Robert Newbie how old are we talking here? Sometimes people forget that older adults lives most of their lives without social media and smart phones. Their confused is it be expected. Also I blame silicon valley for only seeing shit from their POV and rarely taking the end user into account. This idea that they always know better is frustrating.

lol, any family member older than myself and sees me as "the tech person." I'm not even the biggest smartphone user, but I usually find what the person is looking for. Every once in a while, useful features do disappear forever, and I have to break the bad news.
