Wait, is that your first DS flashcart?? Somebody whose been here since 2013 should've had one, I guess.

If you have a DS flashcart, you can load ROMs onto it. And because this is an Ace3DS X, there's a switch on the side to change it to an NTRboot cart for modding 3DS's.

A primary reason I didn't have one before was because of my bad internet connection. Can't do much with an internet connection like this.

(The image says "Fiber" - it lies, that ISP only offers DSL in my area.)
Thankfully I have a much better internet connection now.

I also didn't have the means to get one. I was still in school at the time (I joined in 2013, so I would've been 10) and they weren't sold in any retail stores near me. The closest thing I ever had to a flashcart was a DSi Action Replay, since those were sold in GameStop at the time.
If I recall, I originally joined this site for Wii homebrew, since it didn't need any extra hardware.

My first flashcart was in 2015, an R4 SDHC Dual-Core with Acekard clone hardware inside running Wood R4. It worked for the time until several years later when it didn't read in my 3DS anymore.

Same here. I joined GBAtemp way back in 2021 and was in the Wii themes section checking out new stuffs. Then, I deleted my account as I wasn't keen on lurking here as I was on Discord at the time. Until over a year later where I joined for real.

Use various homebrew and use HaxxStation and send random homebrew to other DSes ^^

Any "various homebrew" in particular that you'd recommend?
And I'm pretty familiar with HaxxStation - I actually built my own with a bunch of official demos in it. Pretty fun to play with.
