As far I know what really happened on a June 15 was the Reswitched team "public" released the Fusèe-Gelèe vulnerability to the public (they had informed Nvidia some time before). That vulnerability is the one which allows inject a payload and allows to Reswitched team and Sciresm to create Atmosphère.
