It randomizes every item and chest in the game. It can also randomize enemies, and the weapons enemies have. You could get a spirit orb from the shrine of resurrection chests, or find bokoblins on the great plateau with light bows

Interesting. I've used randomizers in the older Zeldas and they're quite fun.

I think It can do enemy locations as well, though i haven’t looked into it too thoroughly yet
