We're lacking in a lot of things.. I've also never heard of dilute juice..

It's a bottle of fruit juice where you just use a bit, then fill the rest of the cup with water. Ribena and Robinsons are big brands in the UK for it.

They do have fruit syrups but they don't use them to make juice, they put them on pancakes and waffles. Apparently.

Nope, never seen one of those in my life. Closest thing I can think of would be the frozen juice concentrates.

i had no idea wtf "diluted fruit juices" were until you described it, "concentrated fruit juice" makes more sense. canada has that at least, my mom gets it all the time
