I always made real decisions using logic only. Apparently it makes me look heartless, robotic, and intimidating. My friends on the other hand- they do things and let emotions affect them. It’s so... strange- although I guess I am different in the sense that I view emotions as weakness.
Sure I put depressing things in my blog every now and then- but other than that, I just...
I don’t know
Society would be so much more progressed without emotions
Hmm...
People also tend to think the way I make decisions is straight up boring, because I don’t let emotions affect them at all. I only use the facts I know to affect it-
Maybe it’s some kind of side affect of my Asperger’s... but I just- don’t see why people are so vulnerable to the emotions their minds create themselves
Because emotions poison the mind. By nature, humans are designed to integrate emotions into their decision making, to allow for empathy, but a side-effect of that is the rash decision making based in anger, or desire that you see so very often.
It's actually because of the degradation of the gene pool, and society changing, that questioning the decisions your emotions urge you to make became the norm. A similar thing can be seen with a lot of people in our generation, people who think that emotions influencing one whatsoever is stupid, because of how we watch our elders do the dumbest fucking shit, seemingly justified by their "passion."
