Honestly it feels pretty out of place to only make VR-related threads in general discussion or the PC section- considering PCVR will likely become more and more niche over time as standalone VR grows. It’s just more convenient and cheaper for consumers to get into

Because more than 5 people own it. Over 2% of all steam users use VR- and steam users certainly aren’t the only ones using it. 2% may not seem like much but I mean... when you compare it to the total amount of users, 2% is actually a lot for something new.

Quite a few users here have VR already- and I’m sure there’s a huge amount here who use it but just don’t mention it because there’s no where to talk about it. And didn’t you say you’ve been depressed at the thought that you’ll never get your hands on it at home? I’ve been around since VR went consumer, which makes me a VR boomer compared to most the VR users here.

Sections don't make discussion, else Windows phone would have done something. Most users will also being using the view new posts too.
Sections happen because obvious (new console for example) or when they take something over -- general off topic was getting taken over with film trailers, books and TV show discussion so we got that section.
