I know a few people who use them. It's pretty great for productivity and games that support ultrawide tend to look quite nice at that aspect ratio.

They’re much better than having say, three monitors at once. I’m on the edge wanting to get one but I have a good setup already...sigh

in my personal opinion and experience, no. i currently have two 1920 x 1080 benq monitors and they do exactly what i need. they are large enough to take up about 70% of my focus eye space things if that makes anysense, and that's only when looking at one.

ultrawides are cool, but in my opinion that's just about it. they're cool.
