Yes,of Course, very delicious, but today I prepare an traditional Austrian November Meal - Martini Gansl.
Consists of a roasted/fried in the Oven Goose (but she feels so alone, therefore she got Company with an Duck in the Oven....Hehehe..)
Holy moly, that's a huge oven. Today I will probably drop a recipe that requires chicken and tortillas. I thought you'd like it since we love food, you know?
HOOOOLY MOLY! I'M LOVING THOSE!
Is like... Mashed potatoes with stuff like butter, egg and cheese to keep the ball together? MAN OH MAN I'M IMAGINING THEM WITH A THIN CRUST FRESH OUT OF THE OVEN!
STARCH? REALLY? Everytime I added starch to mashed potatoes, they become GOOEY AND YUCKY. I'm honestly surprised that you addressed the fact that it needs starch in order to keep the ball uniform. And... like... they're just plain potato? Or are they stuffed with something? =P
Cornstarch but not too much.Boiled Potatoes, mashed with this Tool -> https://images-na.ssl-images-amazon.com/images/I/61Stlp07HeL._AC_SL1084_.jpg
Cooling down then add the Cornstarch,Flour,Eggs,Salt,Pepper,Caraway seeds and nutmeg.
Then make the Dumplings and simmering slightly in salted Water. You can stuff the Dumplings for Example with Grieben or Smoked Meat.
That's super nice Alexander, thanks for sharing. It's not difficult at all. Now I'll share one with you:
Do the Mashed Potatoes stuff like you said. But add TUNA, finely chopped Onions, and Herbs.
Make small dumplings with the Potato + Tuna mix. Dip each one in scrambled eggs, and bread each dumpling with bread crumbs. Then fry them and enjoy while hot!
Canned Tuna that is! Don't go buying huge chunks of Tuna. Or even worse, fishing your Tuna and de-gutting them. Man, last time I took the guts out of fishes my home stank for a week.
Please try them! PLEASE! PLEASE!
