very much so. it's weird, because my body is so hot i can hear the packs melting faster than usual. a little sqweal can be heard.

not good at all. i really need to invest in a fan. that way i can blow cold air in my face using a motor. ooo i can tape an ice pack on the fan! and then it will blow extra cool air B)
