And: Rat poison is a cruel way to die. Rats are smart. They have one of them taste unknown food and wait what happens. To kill rats, poison has to be slow. As far as I know it causes internal bleeding and heavy pain.

Hi, to hear this makes me sad. Please know that there are people that can/will help you. Many of us here on gbatemp are great listeners, myself included. Times are rough right now, but we can make it through. There is a light at the end of the tunnel and it’s not a train. It’s a brighter day! Please continue to live, if not for yourself, then for your obligations.

I appreciate all of you being so supportive. Truly, thank you. I've been prescribed some antidepressants and I've been doing my best to take my mind off of things (although neither has been perfect), and I think I'm a bit more stable now. It's just the sudden shock of going from being so madly in love to suddenly being alone again, and having nothing you can do to salvage the relationship.

That, and with how poorly my grandparents took me coming out, and nothing I've been trying to do working lately.. I've been feeling so helpless, and trapped. The lockdowns certainly haven't been helping, as my pharmacy was shut down for multiple weeks, stopping me from getting the medicine I need for my OCD..

But I'm very grateful to have people like you guys who genuinely care, even though you've never heard my voice or seen my face. It gives me some vague sense of purpose.

I have no idea what is happening, nor why you are having thoughts like this, but this is pretty alarming if this is seriously being considered.
Please, remember there are hotlines and services for someone having dark thoughts.
