No. Won't even think about switching to Win (and preinstalled crapware). Sadly not a Windows specific issue: Had to set up a new Android phone for a friend. First thing it did after getting WiFi was downloading crapware like Candy Crush - just like Win 10 inside a VM did.
Even Ubuntu is guilty of the advertising crap (and privacy problems). Some versions ago: Amazon search in the local search function.
Wiko View 4. Giant battery, pretty cheap, good enough. Turned off all apps with "Wiko" in their name (and a few others) and that was it. Silence.
I have almost no knowledge about those phones (but I'm learning) and will never get one for me.
