It runs well on budget machines (1050ti with a Pentium etc.) so that qualifies it as well optimized. Also it came out 5 years ago, for the soon to be previous gen consoles (and on the previous ones before as well, mind you)

It's a good card for budget machines. It's no 1080ti (or whatever's amazing now) but it'll run what you throw at it

Maybe I should download MGS V and give it a spin.
My CPU is a serious bottleneck, though. I have a reasonable GPU but the CPU is bad. MW2 only runs at like 30fps on lowest setting and resolution and it is the CPU's fault.
