Nah, it's not only you. For some reason it seems like since the quarantine we just need to eat more for no appearent reason. Or perhaps the changed diet caused by the shortage of food is what screws us up.
Either way, eat more! And don't forget some minimal exercise too!
Only if it's an "outlier" city. Usually big *popular* cities get stuff first, then other generic cities, then us villages which are far away from the nearest city.
It's actually the opposite. Because you don't move enough (?) there is less incentive to eat. But because you still need energy to keep critical life mechanisms working (like heartbeat, breathing, and minor brain usage), your body tries to conserve energy by trying to "hibernate you".
Either way, eat more! And don't forget some minimal exercise too!
