attention is fleeting. if it's not big budget or quirky enough to get a cult following, it's trash, or so seems to be the standard response. the latter two were niche enough on their own at launch, but bully at least stood out with the rockstar label
Yeah, but I mean, Fat Princess and, before it, Cooking Mama for example are what gave birth to games such as Overcooked and BiA showed how to do solid military games without the need to do anything incredibly complicated before getting overshadowed by CoD which stole it's twist on the idea... I'm just sad when I look at all the brilliant games we used to have that got canned over the years...

I spent hundreds of hours as a kid playing Fat Princess with the AI, and it was glorious! I think even the credits managed to get a bit of playtime as well
