Hey, at least they are better than Nintendo support, those guys are on a league of their own when it comes to shitty support having responded to a support ticket SIX YEARS after I asked for help
Nintendo support used to be amazing too. There were multiple times where I over-scratched the back of a Wii points card and ruined the code as a kid, yet they gave me a new replacement code out of good faith. I haven't dealt with them lately, though.
@Chary, Nintendo is amazing. They did something extraordinary when i spoke to their customer service for me that no other manufacturer has ever done for me. I will spare the details due to privacy concerns, but yeah they are world class.
