yep
  • Best Approach: Install RetroArch via the Homebrew App Store, then add the Citra core.
  • Requirements: A modded Switch (CFW), overclocking (via sys-clk) for better performance, and decrypted ROMs.
  • Alternative: Installing Android on Switch to run Citra MMJ, which can sometimes provide better performance than running via Horizon (native Switch OS), though it is complex to set up.
  • Limitations: Many games will experience slow, choppy performance, and heavy shader cache stuttering.

the only citra release for HOS is made by @m4xw and you have to sub to their patreon

Is that guy still paywalling his emulator cores? I remember paying for Citra back when the sxos modchip was the only way to get cfw on the Mariko units.

I subsequently got banned from his Discord because I dared to use the only modchip that was available to me.

If he's still charging for an emulator he didn't write, that goes to show that nothing has changed

Thank you. May I know which which Retroarch version this core is completely supported or operational?

Hola, can I ask where you're getting your core from? I would love to use it!
