If you could leave your save file attached as a file to your reply, I would really appreciate it. It's annoying not being allowed to play on hard from the beginning

They will get there when they get there. I would not rush them. The downloads will likely show it once they are ready (though this time, I do not intend to 100% it myself very soon.).

Here is mine:
Slot 1: Mission Complete on Normal difficulty
Slot 2: Right before point of no return, Scans 98%, Items 100%, Crystals 100%, all Amiibo stuff unlocked, Normal difficulty

To get 100% scans, you need to scan the final boss in all their forms and then beat the game.

Thanks, that's a start, however a file with 100% items and 98% scans before sylux final fight in tower is needed. Thank you.

Perhaps it´s possible to edit the save. It would only be needed at 2 points.

yes its possible to edit saves but its a bit tricky the saves have a checksum

You need a modded Switch 1 that isn’t banned to transfer the saves between Switch 1 and 2.

Good thing I asked first before buying an SD card for my Switch 2. Thank you for the quick reply, it's a shame I'll have to play through Metroid Prime 4 on the default difficulty first.

Then a cheat that unlocks the logs and then saving would probably be the better option.

I know how to fix the checksum. i can find the logs in memory by looking at save and doing a string search but i can't seem to turn it into a pointer code.

This how to edit Metroid Prime 4 saves. I am not sure save order other than it might be all the manual saves then auto saves. if you have only used one save slot it should be easy to work out. searching for VSM in text might be the start of each save.
