    Homebrew Apps won't show up on Luma3DS home menu

    nearly two months late so I'm assuming you either restarted or figured it out, but when this happened to me faketik managed to solve it by reinstalling the tickets. Them showing up in the data list means they're on your SD card, but the 3DS doesnt have the tickets to run them.
