I would just delete the original fonts folder for PPSSPP which should been in the ppsspp\assets\flash0 folder. After that create a new "font" in the flash0 folder and copy all the original PSP fonts to that folder. -

There are no bonuses for beating PSP2 before importing to infinity other than some equipment may be easier to obtain on the english version of PSP2 but would have to look that up. Infinity otherwise includes all of the content of 2 so you just pick up where you left off on missions and all... -

No. The paid dlc items are easily available, look for a link on the phantasy star portable 2 infinity mini guide (just google that). It includes instructions on importing them in to the game. -

That file should include the downloadable tactical missions and trade missions for story and multi mode, such as the max attack infinity missions and the associated trade quest. Check to see if those are present on your mission list. -
