    It's been both.

    I thought this was only for the left joycon? both controllers aren't working

    This is pre-installing custom firmware. Note switch was on 5.xx at the time I've had problems with the joycons when I first got the switch back in March. They worked fine when not, docked, but when docked, I would have connectivity issues if the joycons didn't have a direct line of sight to...
