    Hm so is there a way to "downgrade" to 10.3? Or is it possible to use my SD card in an old 3DS then insert it into my new 3DS? Still new to this whole thing

    Homebrew [RELEASE] NASA - Universal Cia Manager for fw 4.1 - 10.7

    I just started this today, I have a couple CIA files I would like to install, but of course I'm running firmware 10.5 :)). It doesn't seem to work off a Coldboot right now, but will it in the future? Or am I doing something wrong because I'm just booting it directly from homebrew.
