    Hello, I'm pretty new here I just have a question tho, what is the best build for my laptop? the specs are very low tho but still managed to get 15 fps on pokemon AS/OR. The specs are: Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-4030U CPU @ 1.90GHz (4 CPUs), ~1.9GHz 4GB RAM AMD Radeon HD 8500M 2GB
