    just use "pimp my wii" and it will update all the IOSes to the latest version, and install system menu 4.1 (one button install)

    Using ULoader 3.1 and cIOS rev15 works like a charm... If wii just restarts just use Pimp my wii to update all the IOS'es and you'll be good to go

    Could it maybe be that it is one of the cIOS'es from waninkoko that is causing the problem, i have read somewhere that some of the older cIOS_revisions disables original dual layer games in the disc drive if that is the case just install cIOS_rev14 and it should work?

    @Blue-K Correct me if I am wrong, but don't some of the games require some IOS'es to be updated or even install new ones? (I think animal crossing had something like this going on). And this is why some games would give a black screen and would not play, and after using this app and it udated...

    @OncleJulien Some of the games failed to work using USB-Loader GX, after using pimp my wii all of them was working... It is just a very easy way to update to 4.1 and even if you are already on 4.1 I would still recommend using this app... Just try it before you say it is completely useless...
