    The 3DS version isn't coming out in English. But why don't you wait until the Switch version is released and then see if you can utilize that to help you with the process?

    EZ-Flash IV worked perfectly fine on my DS Lite.

    Try using this forked gamesd.skprx instead. MicroSD will be ux0 and the Vita memory card will be uma0.

    64GB. They're not expensive anymore. Even 128GB ones are quite affordable, I'm thinking of getting one for my Vita.

    Just an off-topic note. If you're playing GBA games, you should disable the GBA boot screen. It is known to make some games not boot.
