    Nope, we Europeans still have to wait till they put the page for the European countries up. It seems, currently only people living in Australia and on the American continent can check if they're in the ambassador program.

    Yeah, except that (at least here where I live) it doesn't mean much, because they have shown me the ToS AFTER I bought the product. I don't know how it is in other countries, but I believe for the ToS to take effect they have to show me the ToS before I buy the product.

    There was no copy of the ToS around when I bought my 3DS, therefore there was no way I could agree or disagree to it, which means that Nintendo can't do whatever they want with the 3DS I bought. Or is there a shop which shows you the ToS of the device you're buying?

    Yeah, it is! That's the funniest website i have EVER seen. Rev18 seems to work with the USB loader i'm using atm, but i'm (almost) never saying no to a new rev. I hope it will come out tomorrow.

    Maybe you activated a hack in priiloader, which forces the Wii to start the recovery menu. If there is no hack activated, you can shut down the Wii by holding Power for some seconds.

    I did a similar thing to my Wii. I installed on my 4.0 Wii a IOS60 Stub. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AFtrUD3aM5c But at least i had BootMii installed in boot2 and a NAND Backup, so i could esily recover it.
