    I updated it and it still had the issue. Now I deleted all the twilightmenu files from the sd card and uninstalled it through 3ds setting and then I installed it again with universal updater. Now I am testing it if the problem is still there, I will update you tomorow after thorough testing.

    My sd card is brand new and I just ran h2testw with the free space on the it and there were no errors. It has over 90% free space.
