    as the title says. My sister has an old 3DS where my 3DS is 11.3 I know it's not possible to downgrade a 3DS on 11.3 but they didn't specify installing a firmware from another 3DS. Also if i sound like an idiot that is because i am an idiot so don't call me one please, i already know.
